At Wolf & Willow, every piece is packed with care and intention. 

Where We Ship

Wolf & Willow ships within the 50 United States only.

We ship to:

  • All 48 contiguous U.S. states
  • Alaska and Hawaii

We do not accept or fulfill orders shipping to following areas at this time:

  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
  • Any international destinations

 

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Orders containing fine art, large showpieces, décor, or fragile/high‑value mineral specimens may require additional handling time due to custom packing and insured transport. If extended processing is needed, we will notify you promptly.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • Freight carriers for oversized items

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Service level selected
  • Special handling requirements for fragile or oversized items

Certain large or delicate pieces may require additional packing or freight fees. These will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us right away so we can assist.

High‑value shipments may require a signature upon delivery for your protection.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

For lost or stolen packages, we will assist with carrier claims and next steps.

 

Special Handling for Fine Art, Large Showpieces & Rare/High‑Value Specimens

Certain items require:

  • Custom or reinforced packing
  • Insured transport
  • Freight or white‑glove delivery
  • Longer processing times

These pieces are handled with exceptional care, and shipping & handling fees for them are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount. 

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees will apply.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
