Wolf & Willow — Return Policy

We offer a 30‑day return window to request a return after receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund to your original payment method, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Used or Worn Items: We may accept returns on gently used or worn items on a case‑by‑case basis. These returns will be issued as store credit (gift card) if returned within the eligible window.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@thewolfandwillow.com with the following information:

  1. Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  2. Item(s) you wish to return (include product name or description)
  3. Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, changed mind, defect, etc.)
  4. Item condition (new with tags, gently used, worn, etc.)
  5. Preferred refund method (original payment method or store credit)

Once we receive your return request:

Step 1: We will review your request within 1–2 business days and notify you via email whether your return is approved or denied.

Step 2: If approved, we will provide you with:

  • Our return shipping address
  • Instructions for packaging your item securely
  • Any additional requirements specific to your item

Step 3: You will be responsible for purchasing and affixing return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Step 5: Once we receive your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process refunds to your account.

Important: Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted. You are always welcome to reach out to us at support@thewolfandwillow.com with any order‑related questions.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Fine Art — including but not limited to metal art, photography art, and other artist‑made works
  • Large Showpieces that require special shipping and handling — including but not limited to oversized amethyst/citrine cathedrals and statement pieces.
  • Special Order or Fragile/High‑Value Specimens — special order items, fragile, rare, or high‑value specimens
  • Perishable goods (such as food)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as soap, beauty products)
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, we're happy to help.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued according to the method specified during your return request within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
